Fashion & Trend Report

Hi Artisan Gallery Team Fans!

My name is Marie, and I'm the designer behind Markhed Designs, and a proud member of the Artisans Gallery Team. This post marks the first of a bi-weekly fashion feature outlining trends to watch in the upcoming season, and most importantly it will hook you up with the handmade artisans that are making cutting edge fashion so you can keep up with everything that is hot!

Ok, so now that the introduction is done with, let's get to the fun stuff!
Let's talk about grey. The fashion-sphere is all a twitter with the talk of how grey is hot this season. When I first heard this, I thought that this was hardly a news flash. Whenever the weather gets colder, the darker colors come back into style. The cool neutral grey always gets its fair share of appearances in our wardrobes.
However, on second look I've realized that the grey this season is being combined with soft pastels transforming cool old grey to contemporary chic.

Grays go wonderful with other colors or all on their own. I'd love to be a part of your Team, and would appreciate you taking a look at my Etsy shop. This link will take you directly to my interpretation of gray this season:

I love the way soft gray is used here as a basic neutral to achieve a completely different feeling depending on what colors it is paired with. Great post Marie!

I think the gray color is a must this season.
And whose is well with this color, it harmonizes with
a lot of color. We can say it has become the new basic. Bravo for your discerning eye ... I enjoy your post and comment :-)
